“Oh my luve’s like a red, red rose that’s newly sprung in June; O my luve’s like the melody that’s sweetly played in tune. ” Robert Burns. I start with this poem because Savanna and Zach are so young and in love. Young love is the best, it is exciting, beautiful, wild and free. When I met Savanna at her work of place, we used to sit there and tell stories of each others firsts loves. Of course I have a decade on this young lady, so I had many more stories to tell. Savanna kept telling me about her young man, Zachary, and I could feel how passionately in love she was with him. He sounded like a nice young man with a huge warm heart. I automatically knew I wanted to photograph these two young lovers. This session was so exciting. It took us all day, since the drive alone was three hours to get to our destination. But it was all worth it. I am only posting a few images form this session off one side of the ridge, where the deer would just hang out, and you can see the beautiful mountains behind them. This place is a wonder land. It is magical, the deer would just come up to you. If you have not yet been to Hurricane Ridge, I suggest you take a trip.
